Purpose

The purpose of this Terms of Service is, in relation to the use of Exosphere Service (hereinafter, the “Service”) that Exosphere Labs (hereinafter, the “Company”) provides, to stipulate the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other matters between the Company and the Service user.

Definition

  1. 'Software' shall mean a program that can be downloaded and installed as a computer program provided by the Company or its domestic and foreign developers in Korea.
  2. 'Exosphere Service' shall mean a service that supports the use of Exosphere, a cloud or server-built software that protects the customer's computer with security functions.
  3. 'Member' shall mean an individual or corporation, or an organization equivalent thereto that has entered into a membership registration and signed the Service Agreement in accordance with this Terms of Service.
  4. Paid Member: A Paid Member is one who makes purchases of goods and services approved by the Company. The Company shall register the Member as Paid Member and grant qualification upon online application and acceptance of the Terms of Service.
  5. Free Member: After registering for the Service, accepting the Terms of Service, and being approved by the Company, a Member becomes a Free Member.
  6. 'Administrator' shall refer to an employee of a Member who requests approval for the use of the corporate member’s service on behalf of the Member, receives licenses, and manages and operates the Service.
  7. 'User' shall refer to a person who has been approved by the Administrator as a member of the corporate member and uses the Service within the scope permitted by the Administrator.
  8. 'ID' shall refer to a combination of texts and numbers set by a Member and approved by the Company for Member identification and the Service use.
  9. 'Password' shall refer to a combination of texts and numbers set by the Member to confirm that the current User is the Member that matches the ID and to protect the confidentiality of the Member.
  10. 'Termination' shall mean the expiration of the Service or the trial version.
  11. An institution that authorizes payments for each of the Member’s payment methods and settles the service fee to be paid to the Company shall be referred to as a ‘Payment Agency’ when it approves payments on behalf of the Member based on the Member's payment information.

Posting and Amendment of Terms of Service
